
My Mindfulness Journey
Hi! My name is Kelsey Harris
I'm a registered clinical counsellor and a certified meditation teacher. I've been practicing mindfulness since 2015, after I started to experience chronic pain and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease as well as fibromyalgia. The longer I practiced mindfulness and meditation the more benefits I started to see from it for both my physical and mental health. I eventually went back to school to earn my Masters degree and become a psychotherapist. I have always used mindfulness based practices in my counselling work and more recently decided to start Mindfully Healing where I could focus on sharing meditation with others, outside of a clinical setting. I am currently also taking yoga teacher training in order to provide more meditative and mindfulness practices.
I am dedicated to helping others feel more resilient and present through meditation. Each and every human being has a beautiful light within themselves, and I can’t wait to help you unlock it.
